Booking and cancellation policy
A deposit of 20% of selected service is required upon booking all services. This will be deducted from your appointment total.
We require a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Failure to do so will result in a late cancellation charge of 50% of the service booked.
Missed appointments / ‘no shows’
Failure to cancel an appointment and/or ‘no shows’ will be required to pay 50% of the service scheduled.
Please note if you are 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may have to reschedule your service if it cannot be completed in the remaining time-frame. It is our goal to provide the best possible service to you and our clients. With respect to that if you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment it will be considered a missed appointment and will be subject to the policy stated above.
